- At move-in, rent is prorated to the first of the month. Each month thereafter, rent is due on the 1st.
- We do not prorate rent at move-out.
- All new rentals receive a free lock.
- We accept VISA, MasterCard, and Discover Card credit/debit cards.
- We also accept cash, personal checks, and money orders.
- Payments can be made in person, online, via mail, over the phone, or placed through our office drop-box.
- We also offer an AutoPay program where we will automatically charge your credit/debit card or bank account each month.
